7 Day no quibble return policy. If anything you buy doesn’t suit, simply contact us to return it for a full refund less shipping charges.
All items sold at over £100 come with a 3 month warranty unless sold at auction. Anything under £100 comes with 30 days warranty. Any new but ex display items still come with the balance of any manufacturers warranty.
Please ask for details on an individual item. Both levels cover all parts and labour, but are non transferable and excluding valves and cartridges. We feel that this is fair for used items and enables us to give you peace of mind but without making us uncompetitive with those offering no warranty.
Note also that periodically there are one or two places advertising used items with a 5 year warranty. Interesting that most items only came with a 1 year warranty when new! If you see this kind of guarantee advertised, ask how long that business has been in existence, or consider how long similar businesses were around for before they vanished! The usual rule applies – if it seems too good to be true, it probably is…
