Guarantees

Every item we sell is thoroughly checked before we send it out to a customer.

The guarantee period for every separate item (or pair of speakers) over £100 is three months from date of despatch (so please don’t leave it sat in a damp warehouse for a week – it wont do it any good!).

Items costing under £100 carry a one month warranty. The only exceptions to this rule are Phono cartridges and Audio valves. Our vintage items are also included under these terms.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, but is subject to the buyer treating the purchase with respect in the intervening period. Signs of abuse, tampering or tweaking in any form will void this warranty!

Please note that if you make a purchase from us via one of our ebay listings that our normal warranty structure will NOT apply. Any warranty offered will be stated in the appropriate ebay listing itself
